Ordered this product and amazon got it delivered in 1 day. Thanks for the service.Coming to the product. The packaging was perfectly done. I had Unboxed it and used it to test whether to return it or put it with me.Firstly I will go with the cons then I will go with the pros.Cons:1. The contents in the big jar is dripping into the blenders’ body while blending. And It’s totally leaking when you are taking off the jar from the blender after blending. The leakage is going from one of the locks on the cap. This might lead to electrical damage which is not good.2. I tested the Small jar too. After usage while cleaning the cap, it faded right after coming in contact with water while cleaning. Very bad quality of cap.3. It gets 2 pin plug not a 3 pin plug. Some might find it inconvenient.Pros:The cons I had mentioned might vary from product to product. It’s not that every product fails. Some products might not have any cons.Keeping the cons aside, this product is a “masterpiece” it does the job well. The motor is very powerful, the blades are sharp. Very compact. It’s a good addition to the kitchen. Adds health to your life with recipes.

Service and qualityI have been using this product for almost a year. Initially was working good. After 6-7 months the grinder jar ( small one) started peeling off the plastic from inside, making it hazardous for health. Now the small jar broke down on its own on the edges. Trying to download the invoice / warranty slip but it is not. So i think whoever buys it, should get the invoice and warranty card downloaded at the time of purchase.Not sure of the service
