Consuming neuherbs fish oil capsules regularly and I must admit i have more energy than before and feeling less drained. Make sure to eat it with your food. I prefer to take it with my lunch. Initially it wasn’t easy on my stomach but I believe I am getting accustomed to them now. No fishy afterburps.
