    I purchased this as this has the highest D3+K2 composition in a single capsuleD3 is 2000 IU and K2 is 100mcg which is an optimal combination for daily intakeThe capsules are quite small and easy to swallow . They should be taken after a heavy meal or as directed by doctorI wish they can price the product little bit less to make it affordableOverall a premium D3 + K2-7 supplement

    Great Quality 2000iu d3 100mcg k2 mct oilClean Energy Without chest pain(vitamin d3 alon will genrally cause chestpain due to calcification of arteries)……Super expensive for 30 capsule……This Indian Brand selling more expensive than USA brands… Qualitywise good…. But this is too much expensive…. Anyway there must be other good quality d3 k2 on Amazon needed to explore. What attracted me in this product was 100mcg k2 in one single capsule plus mct oil(upgraded version of coconut oil)Capsule quality was nice too.Amazon Providing Great Service.

    I have had consistently low Vitamin D levels. My Doctor has prescribed 60,000 IU chewable once a week along with the Calcium D3 K2 combination i was taking. Since i could not find a viable (without Magnesium) C D3K2, i take calcium separately and this maybe the best combination of D3 K2 i found on Amazon. I am going to stick to it for 6 months to see the results. Yes this is the correct dose, professionals who are up to date with the latest research will agree on 2000 IU being correct and not 500 as previously recommended.

    It’s ineffective, don’t buy. My D3 levels in blood work were unchanged even after taking 2 capsule a day.The “plant based” is most probably a gimmick to lure customers by using a certain % of D3 as olant based or downright false claim for which they are liable a lawsuit in court if anyone interested in winning some big money.
