Mix 1 scoop of your plant protein powder with 2 bowls of atta (~250g) and form dough to make nutritious rotis. Makes approx 6-8 Rotis.

Blend ½ scoop of your plant protein powder with 250ml water, a few ice cubes and 1 tbsp coffee for the perfect iced coffee.

I was using drexsport wild muscle which cost rs 4500 for 2kg and now it’s 4800 for 1600gms,out of my budget.i love drexsport today also because of its purity and excellent results but for a middle class guy you to have to look at your pocket before spending.so I switch to oziva plant protein which is very affordable and after using it I feel energetic throughout the day gives you 30gm ko complete natural protein.i am happy with natural protein,only one issue is there it is unflavored so it is very difficult to consume with water or milk.you have to take fruit juice with it.i take orange or pomegranate juice to swallow.i request oziva to launch flavored protein to consume easily with other liquids,at last I am happy with the purchase with its ingredients,protein content,quality of whey and seal packed container.

I tried many plant protein before but found this one that is best in flavour, digestion, mixing and protein content like whey. This is value for money as some of the whey are more costly than this. So i recommend everyone this as its nutrition profile is also good and tested.

I’m using a protein powder for the first time so I don’t have any comparison to make with.This particular one doesn’t dissolve in water and it smells,the BCAA content is good, I tried making protein shake with it and it tastes horrible(a lot like just flour added in your shake,need to add something to compensate for the overpowering taste of the powder).The only way I could use it is mixing it in atta to make rotis and making homemade protein bars by using this(still has a weird taste but can make do).Digestion was an issue for the first 3-4 days and then my body adjusted to it.I did notice a difference in my workout and my strength and muscle building.

Believe me you won’t be able to drink it .The taste is so worst also it doesn’t mix well.Better go for protein and herbs variant.Total waste of money ? ❌️
